We are based in Gudalur, The Nilgiris, a region renowned for its cool climate and high-altitude gardens ideally suited to growing quality tea. Our company is owned and governed by its member farmers, who are both the shareholders and the beneficiaries of the enterprise.
By organising smallholder growers into a collective, we help our members achieve the scale, market access and bargaining power needed to earn fairer, more stable incomes.
